Centrifugal Pump & Mud Agitator Exported to Ukraine
This week, new batch of centrifugal pump and mud agitator were finished production in TR workshop. They were ordered by a Ukrainian customer. Since Ukraine joined the European Union and became a member of European Union, all products must have an ATEX certificate and the label must have CE mark. After strict quality control and certification requirements, our product meet customer’s requirement. At present, final package and trial operation have been completed, and they are shipped to the port.
TRSB4×3-11J centrifugal pump will be sent to Ukraine.
The mud agitator purchased by our customer is model TRJBQ11 with motor power is 11kw. We adopt ATEX standard motor from Chinese well-know motor factory as per request. The reducer is American brand. Speed ratio of the agitator is 30:1, rod length is 1900mm. Impeller diameter is 800mm, and it’s adjustable. Centrifugal pump is our model TRSB4×3-11J with motor power 18.5kw. Its vibrating motor is also ATEX standard. We use replaceable Mission sand pump head for easy installation. Bearing is famous SKF brand, and seal is double seal type including mechanical seal and packing seal. We adopt ceramic shaft sleeve and centrifugal casting for the pump. They are the best choice for export.

Jet Mud Mixer for Domestic Subway Site
Recently, during the construction of a domestic rail transit, our model TRSLH150-50 jet mud mixer was used as a supply soldier for on-site construction operations. It is fighting day and night with full and high work skills to contribute to the domestic rail construction. .

Since it is the first time for customer to use jet mud mixer for slurry mixing, they are faced with the problem of tight schedule. The site is limited, so the mixer can only be put under the construction site for operation. After working overtime, we finally completed the installation and commissioning within one day. Since the operation of our company’s jet mud mixer, the mixing speed of construction site has been increased by 30%, and the quality of mud has been improved a lot, thereby improving the progress of construction site indirectly. This time, TR explained to construction project department the corporate tenet of “demand and social progress”, which helped the project department catch up with the progress and eased the construction pressure of subway station in later stage.
