Vacuum degasser is a kind of drilling fluid degasser. It is a new type of special equipment used to process the invading drilling fluid. This kind of degasser plays an important role in restoring the specific gravity of mud and stabilizing mud performance. Working Principle of Our TRZCQ Vacuum Degasser:
Our TRZCQ series vacuum degasser uses a vacuum pump to vacuate the main body of degasser and presses the mud into its main body by using atmospheric pressure. The air invaded mud passes through the impeller inside the degasser to rotate and swing to the periphery of the inner wall to burst the bubbles in the mud, thereby achieving the purpose of degassing. At present, the vacuum degasser produced by Derrick in the United States uses the umbrella and Venturi principle to remove the gas in the mud.

Desanding Plant Delivered to Bored Piling Site
Mud treatment in bored piling industry is a blank field currently. Therefore TR designed a kind of desanding plant for piling field specially. It’s very popular among our clients, since it can be widely used in industries like city bored piling, horizontal directional drilling, microtunnelling etc. At the beginning of November, our old customer from Vietnam purchased one set desanding plant for their piling site. It’s completed the final commissioning and package at this week, then will be sent to Shanghai Port for delivery.
Desanding plant will be ready for our Vietnam client.
