TRNHG-20 Mud Tank System for Old Client
Besides all kinds of solid control equipment, TR Solids Control also could supply mud tank system for mud mixing and recycling . Recently, we finished the production and package of new mud tank system at our workshop. This is the second TRNHG-20 mud tank system ordered by our old client.

After the first set of TRNHG-20 mud tank system arrived at the site and used for a period of time, the customer signed a contract with our company again. This set is exactly the same as the first set of tank (consisting of 1pc mud tank of volume 20m³, 2 pcs TRJBQ7.5 mud agitators, 1 pc CMC preparation machine, electric control system, pipelines, valves, etc.). This set is used in another drilling site. The customer can place an order to us again after the first set is used for a period of time, which indicates that our equipment fully meets the customer’s on-site using requirements and the using effect is obvious, which also reflects our customer’s recognition of TR product.

Mud Mixing Hopper and Shear Pump for Domestic Company
The combination of shear pump and mud mixing hopper are commonly used in subway and tunnelling industry for mud mixing. At this week, new mud mixing hoppers and shear pumps customized by a domestic customer have been completed spray paint and test run in TR factory. They are ready for shipped to their subway site soon.
Shear pump and mud mixing hopper are ready for domestic client.
The model of shear pumps our client ordered is TRJQB6545 with flow rate 150 m3/h and motor power 55kw. Model of mud mixing hopper is TRSL150-50 with dimension 600×600 mm. Shear pump is a special equipment used in oilfield drilling industry to mix flocs that are not easy to melt with water. Shear dosing pump is designed and improved by TR engineers on the basis of shear pump, and Tianrui Petroleum has applied for related patents. Mud mixing hopper is a funnel dedicated to mud configuration. TR has absorbed foreign technology continuously, and combined with domestic on-site usage and requirements to design and manufacture this kind mixing funnel.
