Delivery of 37kw Centrifugal Pump
Centrifugal pumps can be used as feeding pump for desander, desilter, or as mixing pump for jet mud mixer. Also it can be used as trip pump and supercharging pump for rig mud pump. TR Solids Control is professional and well-known in manufacturing centrifugal pumps to international market. At this week, 3pcs 37kw centrifugal pumps were accomplished in our workshop.

Regarding this batch of centrifugal pumps, model is TRSB6×5-12J with processing capacity 150 m3/h. Lift is 30m, and their impeller’s diameter is 12”. They are matched with 37kw explosion-proof motors. These centrifugal pumps will be operated in oil and gas drilling field for supply pump use. Compared with general pumps, our pumps are with good performance, high traffic, high temperature, long service life, easy maintenance, high reliability and remarkable energy saving characteristics. Now they are widely used around the world on onshore and offshore drilling field, horizontal directional drilling, tunneling and microtunnelling etc.
Centrifugal pumps will be operated in oil and gas drilling field for supply pump use.

Composite Shaker Screens Delivered to Old Customer
In oil gas and HDD industry, shaker screens are common spare parts of shale shaker, mud cleaner, desander and desilter. At the beginning of February, we completed the package and shipment of Mongoose type composite shaker screens for our old customer. They will be used on our shale shaker and mud cleaner in client’s horizontal directional drilling site.
Composite shaker screens will be shipped for old customer.
Size of this batch shaker screen is 585*1165mm, with mesh ranges from API 100 to API 170. This kind of screen is widely used in Swaco Mongoose shale shaker with wedge fastening device. It provides a significant increase in fluid capacity as well as excellent resistance to blinding providing dryer solids discharge and a larger net usable screen area. These screen panels are constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers, steel backing plate and steel frame combined together. Because of different mesh size and hole size, it could get an better filtering effect.
Shaker screens will be used on TR mud cleaner and shale shaker.
