Mud Cleaner Shipped to Thailand
TRQJ250×2S-100×14N mud cleaner was completed in advance and arranged for delivery at last week. It has shipped to our Thailand customer. Mud cleaner is composed of shale shaker, desander and desilter mixed solid-liquid separation equipment through holder combined. It’s the second and third stage solid-liquid separation equipment in mud circulation system. It can further separate the smaller solid phase contained in mud processed by shale shaker, so that slurry can enter the fourth stage separation equipment, and separate the harmful solid phase in drilling fluid effectively. It could improve the performance of drilling fluid, and also meet the requirements of high-pressure jet drilling.
TRQJ250×2S-100×14N mud cleaner will be sent to Thailand.
The overall processing capacity of mud cleaner ordered by the customer is 240m3/h. According to design requirements, the bottom shaker is matched with TRZS584 linear motion shaker(screen size: 585mm× 1165mm×4 pcs). Motor is matched with Martin motor, power is 1.865kw×2pcs. Desander cyclone is 2pcs 10-inch polyurethane cyclones, and desilter cyclone is 14pcs 4-inch cyclones replaceable with Derrick cyclones. TR mud cleaner can be used alone, and its bottom shaker can also be used as parallel standby equipment of the first stage solid control shale shaker.
TR mud cleaner will be used in horizontal directional drilling.
Our mud cleaners are designed to handle the entire circulating volume to remove and dry solids while retaining premium base fluid. At present, it is widely used in trenchless HDD, tunneling construction, city bored piling, oil & gas drilling, environment protection, coal bed gas solids control system, mining, water drilling etc. It has already been exported to USA, South America, Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Ukraine, Russia and some other countries and regions.

Desander and Mud Hopper for Vietnam Customer
Mud desander and mixing hopper are common solid liquid separation equipment in the whole solid control system. On Jan. 25th, new batch of TRCS250-2S mud desander and TRSL150-50 mud hopper were accomplished at TR factory. Soon they will arrive Shanghai port for delivery to our Vietnam customer.
Mud desander and mixing hopper will be sent to Vietnam customer.
As a solids control equipment of the second stage in drilling operation, desander is used to remove harmful solid particles of 40-74μm in drilling liquid. The capacity of our TRCS250-2S desander is 200m3/h with 2pcs 10” cyclones. It’s matched with TR small model bottom shaker TRZS60 with one 0.4kw motor installed. Mud hopper is a new type of jet ejector device designed by combining the venturi tube with the original jet nozzle and funnel. Dimension of our TRSL150-50 mud hopper is 600*600mm. Operating pressure is 0.2-0.4Mpa. It’s usually equipped with a centrifugal pump or shear pump and a pipeline, which constitute jet mixing device.
Mud hopper and desander will be used in oil and gas field.
