Vertical Cutting Dryer Ready for Domestic Client
TR Solids Control developed new model TRCD730 vertical cutting dryer according to the demand of small capacity market at last year. It can be used in industries such as oil and gas drilling, coal bed methane, drilling waste management etc. At the beginning of this week, our workers finished one set TRCD730 vertical cutting dryer with ladders and support frame included. It will be delivered to our old domestic client located in Xinjiang Province.

Treating capacity of TRCD730 vertical cutting dryer is 15-20 ton per hour. Drying efficiency can be less than 5%. Its G-force arrives 357, with rotary speed 900 rpm. Maximum diameter of screen basket is 790mm, and the basket gap is 0.25-0.5mm. It’s matched with one oil tank with capacity 60 litre. Main motor power is 22kw, and oil pump power is 0.55kw. Its motor and control cabinet are both explosion-proof. Tungsten carbide design protects the flights from abrasive solids and ensures its long operational life. This aids in maintaining a constant gap between the scroll and screen bowl, which is crucial for proper operation.
