Characterstics of YZ Series Submersible Slurry Pump
Submersible slurry pump normally is used for feeding shale shaker and decanter centrifuge for CBM, HDD or other drilling industry. The pump rotates clockwise from the direction of the motor. It is vertical single stage and single suction system and made of abrasion-resistant alloy. Standard length of pump is 1.3m, but TR submersible slurry pump can be customized. Usually, we use the electrical motor to drive the pump. Popular flow rate of the pump is from 25m³/h to 200m³/h.

Mud Mixing Hopper for Europe Company
Mud mixing hopper, also known as jet mixing funnel and mud hopper. It is designed by combining a Venturi tube with the original jet nozzle, with simple structure and strong feasibility. Mud mixing hopper is the most commonly used liquid dispensing device. At last week, we accomplished one mud mixing hopper for old customer in Europe. They have strict requirements for both product and package, so we try our best to meet their demands. Finally customer is very satisfied and the hopper have arrived the port for shipment.

The model of our customer ordered is TRSL150-40 mud mixing hopper. Diameter is 600×600mm. Inlet size of our hopper is DN150, and working pressure is 0.2-0.4Mpa. Package is high quality wooden case with strong wear resistance during ocean shipping. Our mixing hopper is composed of a jet mixing funnel, nozzle, mixing chamber and Venturi connected and installed by manifolds and valves. It is the most commonly used dosing equipment in solid control system. In the emergency situation of blowout, we can use it to mix a large amount of weighting materials uniformly in the shortest time.
