Mud Agitators Ready for African Client
As a leading manufacturer in solid control industry, TR Solids Control has successively provided thousands of mud agitators to customers all over the world. On Oct.9th, we completed the final test and assembly of mud agitators in our workshop after Chinese National Day holidays. Currently they are ready for shipment to our African client, which will be used for drilling mud mixing at oil drilling site.

This project includes 6 pieces TRJBQ11 horizontal mud agitators, which belongs to connecting-coupling type. Electric motor power is 15HP, equipped with 2pcs impellers. The rotary speed of the impeller is 60/72 rpm, and diameter is 800mm. Since it will be used in oil drilling field, motors are required to be explosion-proof. TR mud agitator has compact structure, light weight, transmission balance, low noise, high efficiency and strong capability. We can manufacture mud agitator with worm and wheel gearbox, also the agitator with helical bevel gear box is available. The high performance, efficiency, and quality is appreciated by many clients.
Mud agitators will be used for mud mixing at oil drilling site.

Screw Pump Exported to South Asia
Screw pump is a pump in which the working pressure is created by means of screw-shaped impellers in the vertical water column. Our G series pump is the closed type screw pump with inside mesh, belonging to rotate cubage pump for its strong application with medium, stable flow, well suction capacity, low pressure fluctuate. It is not only can transport kinds of flow medieum, but also the medium with high viscidity, hard suspend granule or solid granule and fibre.
Screw pumps were completed production in our workshop.
Recently 2 sets G30-1 series screw pump were completed production in our workshop. They will be delivered to our South Asia client later. Flow rate for this pump is 5m3/h, lift is 60m. Working pressure is 0.6Mpa, and motor power is 2.2kw. The inlet diameter we set is 50mm, and outlet diameter is 40mm. Its rotary speed could arrive 960 r/min. Its main operation parts are eccentric screw(rotator) and static bush(stator). Due to special geometry shape, this pump forms several single sealed room. It pumps the medium from suction part to discharge part continuously and regularly.
G30-1 screw pumps will be delivered to our South Asia client.
