Drilling Waste Management Shipped to Old Client
TR Solids Control has made great progress on drilling waste management project at this year. The second set water-based drilling waste management purchased by our old customer was ready and shipped to drilling site at last week. Because of the stable and good performance of the first set at last year, they ordered the second one for their new drilling project in May. This drilling waste management composed of shale shaker, skid-mounted mud tank, screw conveyor, mud agitator and feeding submersible pump. The system will recyle drilling fluids for reuse to save cost, and reduce the moisture content for easy transportation. TR drilling waste management achieves “mud does not fall to the ground”. It completely eliminates potential contamination of solid waste in site, and makes well site clean. Also it achieves environmental goals of drilling “zero discharge”, brings qualitative improvement to the environmental management of oilfield enterprises.

Mud Tank for Indian Drilling Site
On June. 25th, TR Solids Control finished 2 sets mud tank. They will be shipped to our Indian client at their drilling site. TR mud tanks are usually used to install solids control equipment, storage mud, mixing mud, etc. It meets utility request of the drilling solids control system, mud plant and solid liquid separation system. According to different working conditions, mud tanks can be customized into horizontal mud tank, vertical mud tank and trailer-mounted mud tank.

Mud tank is an indispensable part in mud circulation system, and it can complete weighting, mixing, solid-liquid separating, degassing and other processes. The body of our mud tank is made of welding steel plate and section. It usually has rectangular shape and circular shape. Surface of our tank is equipped with water pipelines for cleaning the surface equipment on the mud tank. Also, we use soaked zinc processing for the netted steel plate. When applied in drilling blocks, TR Mud Tank has also got the advantages as below: ensuring the conservation of mud, lowering labor intensity, reducing environmental pollution and satisfying requirements of drilling timely via the quick concoction of drilling fluids.

Desander and Mud Tank Shipped to Horizontal Directional Drilling Field
One new client from horizontal directional drilling industry ordered TRCS250*2S desander, TRSB8 *6-13 centrifugal sand pump, TRHG40 mud tank (including 2*TRJBQ7.5 mud agitator, 1*TRSLH150-50 jet mud mixer). They have been completed on September 18th, arrived the drilling site and just finished installation at last week.

The client left our production cycle is very short, they required us to complete production and delivery in a week. We TR Solids Control always treat “Customer Satisfaction Is The Highest Pursuit” as our purpose, and put client’s benefit to the first place. So after receiving orders, we arranged workers to work overtime for the production. Finally hard work pays off, after days of joint efforts of our workers, we finished the production on time and delivered even at night.
Mud tank, drilling fluid desander delivery, mud recycling system for HDD field
This batch equipment ordered from client are customized products. The bottom shaker used in TRCS250*2S desander is our TRZS703 double shaker, and the bottom screen of double shaker can be used as the first separation equipment in mud recycling site. The slurry back from mud pump can be directly into the bottom screen, and make the primary separation. The upper screen can be used as bottom shaker of desander, and it can recycle slurry liquid fully.

TRHG40 mud tank produced for our client is made up of 1 set TRSLH150-50 jet mud mixer, 2 sets TRJBQ7.5 mud agitator, 40 square mud tank, electric control system, 2 pieces explosion-proof lights, ladder, guardrail and other components. The guardrail is detachable, and can be directly put down and hang on the tank during transportation. This reduces the time of demolition at the scene.
