Drilling Waste Management Shipped to Old Client
TR Solids Control has made great progress on drilling waste management project at this year. The second set water-based drilling waste management purchased by our old customer was ready and shipped to drilling site at last week. Because of the stable and good performance of the first set at last year, they ordered the second one for their new drilling project in May. This drilling waste management composed of shale shaker, skid-mounted mud tank, screw conveyor, mud agitator and feeding submersible pump. The system will recyle drilling fluids for reuse to save cost, and reduce the moisture content for easy transportation. TR drilling waste management achieves “mud does not fall to the ground”. It completely eliminates potential contamination of solid waste in site, and makes well site clean. Also it achieves environmental goals of drilling “zero discharge”, brings qualitative improvement to the environmental management of oilfield enterprises.

TRHG24 Ash Tank Delivered to Singapore
Recently, 6 sets TRHG24 ash tanks manufactured by TR Solids Control were sent to the drilling platform in Singapore. This is the third time that this client purchased TR product. Ash tank is the most important component of bulk ash conveying system. It is composed of the main body cylinder (upper part is cylinder and the lower part is vertebral body), and pipelines (feed line, discharge line, vent line, air line and some auxiliary blowing pipelines), holders, skids etc. Overall skid ash tank can realize multi-functional conveying powder and dumping function.

As for the TRHG24 bulk tanks this client ordered at this time, the main volume is 24m3 for one set. The diameter of main body is 2500mm. Ashing speed is 120t/h. Working pressure is 0.3MPa, and design pressure is 0.5MPa. Weight is 4450kg. The outer dimension is 2700×2510× 6300mm. It has the advantages of quick ashing speed, adjusting ash content arbitrarily, and no residual ash etc. Currently it is used for pneumatic conveying for bulk materials such as cement, barite and soil powder. It’s also used for cementing of drilling rigs.
