TRZYQ1200 mud gas separator is our largest model with processing capacity 320m3/h and main body diameter 1200mm. Inlet pipe size is DN125mm, outlet pipe size is DN250mm, and gas discharge pipe size is DN200mm. TR mud gas separator could remove the big bubbles with the diameter of ≥Φ3mm, most of which are the expanded gas filled in the drilling fluids. Mud gas separator combined with the flare ignition device together can be used to ensure drilling process smoothly.
