The model of shear pumps our client ordered is TRJQB6545 with flow rate 150 m3/h and motor power 55kw. Model of mud mixing hopper is TRSL150-50 with dimension 600×600 mm. Shear pump is a special equipment used in oilfield drilling industry to mix flocs that are not easy to melt with water. Shear dosing pump is designed and improved by TR engineers on the basis of shear pump, and Tianrui Petroleum has applied for related patents. Mud mixing hopper is a funnel dedicated to mud configuration. Shear Pumps Are Fabricated At TR Workshop
Mud shear pump is one of the important equipment in drilling fluid circulation system. It mainly used to deal with chemicals and soil, also can quickly attain the purpose of configuring drilling fluid. Recently, TR got an order about drilling fluid shear pump from a new Ukrainian client. It includes 10 pieces TRJBQ6545 shear pumps, and they are in fabricated at our workshop now. Features of TRJBQ Series Shear Pump
- Pump body adopts wear-resistant alloy cast iron, also longer service life;
- Bearings use internationally renowned brands SKF, quality assured;
