TRYPD Series Flare Ignition Device
Flare ignition device is a safe and environment-friendly device that ignites combustible and harmful gas separated by liquid gas separator during oil drilling process, so that clear away its harm to the environment and human safety. In addition to match with drilling fluid liquid gas separator, it is also used extensively in refinery and gas station. TRYPD series flare ignition device manufactured by our TR Solids Control can ignite toxic and combustible gas accurately in an instant.

TRYPD series flare ignition device is made up with ignition torch, control box and portable ignition control box, and its two boxes are connected by 50 m 5X1 armored cable, of which the control box is used fixedly. When ignited, access the connecting cables to the two boxes respectively. Carrying case should be used in a safe environment, and it plays a role in the ignition of the control box.

Mini Mud Treatment System Shipped to South Africa
At the end of October, TR Solids Control completed a batch of mini mud treatment system package for South Africa clients after days of production, assembly and commissioning. This mud system will be applied in their local HDD trenchless field. The total capacity is up to 100m3/h.
