TRZCQ270 Vacuum Degasser Shipped to Russia
After half a month’s tense manufacturing, TRZCQ270 series vacuum degasser was finished finally after Chinese Spring Festival. It’s transported to Qingdao Port, then shipped to our Russian client.

Vacuum degasser is mainly used to remove small bubbles with a diameter of less than 0.8 mm in gas invasion drilling fluid during oilfield drilling process. It is a safe and environment-friendly drilling fluid equipment, which is also called negative pressure degasser according to its working principle. Vacuum degasser plays an important role in restoring slurry’s specific gravity and stabilizing mud’s performance. This TRZCQ270 vacuum degasser ordered by the customer is used for supporting oil drilling site. As for the TRZCQ270 vacuum degasser ordered by client, its body diameter is 800mm, processing capacity is 270m3/h, vacuum degree is -0.03 ~ -0.045MPa, transmission ratio is 1.68, degassing efficiency ≥95%. Its main motor power is 22kw, vacuum pump power is 3kw, impeller speed is 870r/min. Our explosion-proof standard meets ExdllBt4. Net weight is 1350kg, external dimension is 2000mm*1000mm*1670mm. We also can manufacture other models like TRZCQ240, TRZCQ300, TRZCQ360. Appropriate vacuum degasser can be selected in accordance with client’s on-site using requirements.
