Mud gun is a mud precipitation solid control equipment except mud agitator in oil and gas drilling process. Its main power are source of mud pump or jet mud mixer. This equipment has simple structure, flexible operation, and can prevent mud precipitation in the corner. Generally mud guns include high pressure mud guns and low pressure mud guns. Drilling fluid through the nozzle to produce high-speed flow for achieving the purpose of mixing drilling fluid. The pressure and flow rate are transmitted by the high pressure main drilling pump or by centrifugal pumps in most cases. Mud guns are used to stir the compartments or bulkheads and are generally used in conjunction with mud agitator, theoretically after the last solid phase control.

Its diameter is 3” with 1 piece nozzle. After ten-day production, they have been ready for shipment. As they are urgently needed for being used in customer’s site, in order to meet the requirements of customers, we choose air transportation to ensure that mud guns could reach the hands of customers at the first time. Finally the plane left China before our National Holidays.
