Shale Shaker & Mud agitator for Drilling Waste Management
Recently, 2pcs TRZS703 high-frequency shale shakers and 8pcs TRJBQ11 mud agitators were finished the final inspection and package in TR workshop. They are on the way to water-based drilling waste management site. TRZS703 shaker is one of linear motion shale shakers in our company. Its processing capacity is 130m³/h, and supporting motors are two 2.2kw explosion-proof motors. Screen specifications are 700mm×1250mm×3 pcs. The screen area is 2.6㎡, and adjustment angle of the shaker box is: -3°~+3°. We can adjust the angle of shaker box to control the degree of dryness and wetness of mud at the outlet. Motor power of our TRJBQ11 mud agitator is 11kw with explosion-proof motors.

TRPS585 Shale Shakers for Old Customer
TR shale shakers have positive evaluation and are very popular among our clients. On May.18th, we completed new batch of shale shakers in our workshop. Total quantity of the order is 10 sets, firstly they are in urgent need of three sets in drilling field. So we worked overtime to produce these shakers before the deadline. Currently they have been finished the final test run and are waiting for delivery soon. The other seven sets will be completed later.
TRPS585 shale shakers are finished in TR workshop.
TRPS585 shale shaker has large capacity with 140m3/h, with two vibrating motors 1.94+1.0kw. Four composite type shaker screens are installed with size of 585*1165mm. Vibration strength is adjustable, and it has double amplitude 7mm. TR could supply all kinds of shale shaker, including linear motion shale shaker, balanced elliptical motion shaker and high G drying shaker mainly for drilling waste management. In addition, dual shale shaker, triplex shale shaker and double-track shale shaker are also available. We also supply customized design services according to clients’ requirements.
