A complete Solids Control System primarily consists of the following core components, each of which performs a unique purification function:

– Desander: Utilizing the centrifugal sedimentation principle of hydrocyclones, it separates medium-sized sand particles from the drilling fluid.
– Desilter: Primarily used to separate finer silt particles, it is often used in combination with the desander to meet the high performance requirements for drilling fluid.
– Decanter Centrifuge: As the core equipment for fine separation, it effectively removes micron-sized solid particles while recovering valuable weighting materials such as barite, thereby achieving efficient resource utilization.
– Auxiliary Equipment: Includes mud tanks, mud agitators, vacuum degassers, and other components responsible for the storage, agitation, and conveyance of drilling fluid, as well as the removal of entrained gas, ensuring the stable operation of the entire Solids Control System.

Shale Shaker & Mud Cleaner Delivered to Foreign Oilfield
After the final commissioning and inspection, finally we completed TRZS703 shale shaker and TRQJ250×2S-100×16N mud cleaner before Chinese New Year holidays in our factory. They will soon be sent to our Middle East client for serving their oil drilling field.

Shale shaker and mud cleaner are two important components in mud solids control system. Shale shaker is the first-stage mud treatment equipment in the whole system. It is mainly used to remove larger drill cuttings particles in the mud. It has a great effect on maintaining the performance of drilling fluid, and ensures treatment effect and service life of the second stage desander.
TRZS703 linear motion shale shaker is with Martin motors.
Mud cleaner is the second and third stage mud treatment equipment composed of desander and desilter. According to customer requirements, the shale shaker and mud cleaner are equipped with Martin motors. Considering the interchangeability of user’s wearing parts, our company also uses TRZS703 linear motion shale shaker as the bottom shaker of mud cleaner. The screen mesh specification is 700mm×1250mm, which reduces the reserve types of customer’s wearing parts. Along with these two important equipment, client also ordered spare parts for two-year operation.
TRQJ250×2S-100×16N mud cleaner will serve oilfield.
