Our replacement TR series screens have double layers among API 80 to API 120, and have three layers among API 140 to API200. Filtering area of our shaker screen is uniform. Material of our screen baseplate has high intensity. Diameter of our screens comply with International Standard. In addition, we use powder adhesive to glue screens after high temperature melting, which makes them have longer service life. At present this technology is the most advanced.

An new client from Africa put an order for testing our shaker screens in their oil drilling field recently. They required replacement screens to match with their Derrick PMD FLC500 series shale shaker. Finally API80, API 100, API 140 and API 170 are chosen by client. Screen size is 1050×695mm, and it’s made from good material of S.S316. Usually we pack 2pcs in one carton box, and 18 carton boxes will be included in one wooden box. The package has shipped out on June.9th by air, will arrive to client’s side soon.
