The system is composed of 1 set drying shaker, 1 set filter press, 2 sets mud tank, 1 set screw conveyor, 1 set conveyor belt and 1 set gel breaking system. It could reduce moisture of drilling fluid, and make harmful chemical compositions in drilling mud produce neutral reaction, then come to the effect of harmless treatment. The disposed drilling waste can be used as raw material of road building and brick making. It makes drilling waste profitable.

Introduction of TR Decanter Centrifuge
Decanter centrifuge is the fourth solid control equipment in handling drilling fluid. It’s used to separate suspension liquid by adopting principle of centrifugal sedimentation. According to different rotary speed, it can be divided into middle speed centrifuge, high speed centrifuge and high speed frequency centrifuge. It mainly separates 2-7μm solid particles in drilling fluid. TR decanter centrifuge is widely used in oil & gas drilling, sewage treatment and drilling waste management.
