Desilter Is The Third Solid Control Equipment To Treat Drilling Fluids
Desilter is the third solid control equipment to treat drilling fluids. It is composed of several sets of hydrocyclones based on customer’s capacity requirements. As for hydrocyclones, it is divided into desander hydrocyclone and desilter hydrocyclone according to different hydrocyclone diameter. Generally below 6” hydrocyclone combination is called desilter. In oil & gas drilling, 4” or 5” hydrocyclone combination are common for desilter, and 4” is the most used. Our TRCN series desilter is mainly used for separating 15-44μm solid particles in drilling fluids. At present, TRCN series desilter manufactured by TR Solids Control is widely used in oil & gas drilling, horizontal directional drilling, coal bed methane drilling, bored piling, tunnel and other trenchless project.

Mud Recycling System For Tunnel project
TRZX series mud recycling system is our new-developed mud treatment equipment mainly for tunnel project. It is mainly composed of mud shale shaker, desander & desilter, sand pump, mud agitator, jet mud mixer, mud tank and other solid control equipment.

TRZX tunnel mud recycling system uses shale shaker as the first separation equipment, the role of shaker is to do pretreatment for mud and remove the coarse particles. We use multi-layer shale shaker for separating coarse particles, so that to meet classification requirements of particles. Different sizes particles through treatment of different mesh shaker screens to meet use requirements of mud particles in field. In the process the particles greater than screen mesh are discharged outside the system, the slurry filtered through the screen flows into the mud tank below shale shaker, and then the mud in the tank is pumped into the desander or desilter to refine particle slurry after shaker separated, and gradually reduce the slurry size. Therefore we can meet the requirements of the field recycling.
