The whole system includes one set double layers shale shaker, one set centrifugal pump, one set mini mud tank, and other auxiliary equipment desilter. It combines two different kinds of mud cleaning methods vibration screening and cyclone separation together to form a closed-circuit recycling purification system for mud treatment. The processing ability is strong, 15μm-44μm particles in the slurry can be quickly disposed of, which makes use cost reduced, and the mud treated by circulating system can be recycled and used. This system greatly reduces the environmental pollution, and it is one of the necessary equipment in piling construction.

TRLW450 Series Decanter Centrifuge for Separation System
TRLW450 decanter centrifuge manufactured by TR Solids Control is the use of solid-liquid density difference to form two-phase separation under the function of centrifugal force. It’s mainly for the recovery of barite, removing fine solids and reducing the solids content of drilling fluid, controlling the density and viscosity of the drilling fluid, ensuring the performance of the drilling fluid, and having an important role in rapid drilling.

Main features of TRLW450 series decanter centrifuge:
- Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material, adopt centrifugal casting process;
- Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L;
- Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement;
- Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
