Mud Desander are Assembled in TR Workshop
Recently, two sets TRCS300-2S mud desanders is completed pre-production process, and they are being assembled in TR workshop now. Finally this project will be for our Vietnamese client in their oil and gas drilling field. As the second class solids control equipment to treat drilling fluids, while mud desander mainly is used for separating solid particles with size 47 ~ 76μm.

As for this project, the model of our desander is TRCS300-2S with capacity of 240m3/h. It has two big hydrocyclones with size 12”. Working pressure is 0.25-0.4Mpa, and separation point is 45μm-75μm. Furthermore, it has bottom shaker with model TRZS752. Inlet size is DN150mm, also outlet size is DN200mm. Furthermore, TR mud desander is with advantages of high quality hydrocyclones, strong separation ability, large capacity, small noise, long service time, also easy maintenance. Jet mud mixer is mainly composed of a mud centrifugal sand pump, a mixing hopper, also pipelines. The mud transports at high speed through centrifugal pump. A vacuum zone forms in the mixing chamber below mud hopper through the nozzle of jet mixer. The mud material pours into the water through inlet above mud hopper. Furthermore, TR jet mud mixer can use not only in mud station, but also deploys on mud tank in most well teams. Some customers also supply sand pump of desilter to the weighting hopper for use as a weighting pump.
