Mud Hopper Shipped to Vietnam Client
Mud hopper is an important spare part of jet mud mixer. It’s the most commonly used dosing equipment in solid control system. In the emergency situation of blowout, we can use mud hopper to mix a large amount of weighting materials uniformly in the shortest time. At this week, TR accomplished the final production and assembly of 3pcs mud hopper in workshop. They will ship to our new Vietnam client for supporting their drilling process.

The mud hoppers they purchased are our popular model TRSL150-50. Working pressure is 0.2-0.4Mpa. We set inlet size as DN150. Hopper size is 750*750mm. Usually mud hopper can be combined with centrifugal pump or shear pump as jet mud mixer or shearing device. This depends on client’s requirement. Our customer is going to use these mud hoppers to match their shear pump in drilling field. They will work together in shield construction.

Centrifugal Pump For Russian Client
At this week, two pieces new centrifugal pumps are completed in TR new factory. They will be shipped to our Russian client in their oil drilling field. Being a professional manufacturer of solid control equipment in China with rich experience for many years, our centrifugal pump can be totally replaceable with brand Mission centrifugal pump. In addition to centrifugal pump, we also supply all kinds of spare parts for centrifugal pump, like pump head, mechanical seal, oil seal, impeller etc.

These two centrifugal pumps are our small model TRSB3*2-10J, with flow rate 30m3/h. Lift can reach to 20 meter, and impeller diameter is 10”. Their power is 7.5 kw, frequency is 50HZ. Electric motor is explosion-proof type with standard ExdIIBt4. All TR model centrifugal pumps use tungsten carbide mechanical seal, with famous brand SKF or FKM bearing. And spare parts are interchangeable with most of the international brand pumps which helps our customer to source spare parts easily. Open impeller design that lowers axial thrust loads, and make it easier for installation, repair and maintenance.
