Shear Pump Ready for Middle East Client
TRJQB series shear pump is a special equipment in solids control system which can meet all customers’ requirements of preparing drilling fluid in oil drilling site. At present it is widely used in trenchless HDD, oil & gas drilling, tunnelling construction, Oil Mud Seperation, Coal Bed Gas Solids Control System industries etc. At this week, one set TRJQB6545 shear pump is ready for delivery in our workshop. It will be exported to our new client of Middle East.

Regarding this model shear pump, the capacity is 150m3/h, and lift can arrive 45 meters. Its matched motor power is 55kw. Dimension is not very big with 1050*1000*1360mm. TR shear pumps can mix effectively and hydrate the material added in the drilling fluid completely. It reduces the time of configuration, saves the mud material and provides the high performance mud for the well drilling. Shear pump is also commonly matched with mud hopper as shearing equipment in tunneling & microtunnelling industries.

Jet Mud Mixer Delivered to Old Customer
Jet mud mixer is widely used in industries like oil & gas drilling, horizontal directional drilling, tunneling & microtunnelling, coal bed gas solid control system, city bored piling etc. At this week, one set TRSLH150-50 jet mud mixer is completed for our old customer at our factory. It will be operated in their client’s oil drilling field. As with this jet mud mixer, they also ordered some spare parts of centrifugal pump. Now all of them have been shipped to the port for delivery.

Usually TR jet mud mixer is composed of one set(or multi-set) centrifugal pump and one set(or multi-set) jet mixing hopper installed in a base with pipe valves. Its hopper and centrifugal pump either can be combined to use or be installed separately. This depends on our client’s field requirements. The reason our client chose our largest model is that it has higher rate and mud hopper, which could meet their using needs in site.
