Flare Ignition Device Ready for Delivery
Recently the second set of flare ignition device is accomplished for delivery in our workshop for our old customer. The first set works very well in their oil drilling field, so they decided to order a new one at this year to support their drilling. Flare ignition device is a kind of treatment equipment commonly used in blown down natural gas. It’s usually matched with mud gas separator at oil drilling site.

The ordered flare ignition device is our regular model TRYPD-20/3. Diameter of its main body is DN200 and ignition media is natural gas. Diesel is also available and optional. Commonly charging voltage is 12V/220V, and its ignition voltage is 16kv. In addition to our regular model, we also provide customized design and production service. TRYPD flare ignition device can accurately ignite toxic and combustible gas in an instant. It’s widely used in industries like oil and gas drilling, refinery plants, natural gas gathering etc.

Mus Gas Separator Exported to United Arab Emirates
TR Solids Control is a professional designer and manufacturer of mud gas separator for more than ten years. At this week, one set TRZYQ1000 mud gas separator is completed in our workshop after days’ production and test run. It’s customized according to our client’s design scheme. Soon it will be shipped to their drilling field in United Arab Emirates.

Model TRZYQ1000 mud gas separator is the most popular model among our separators. Its main body diameter is 1000mm, with capacity 240m3/h. We have suitable design size for inlet pipe DN125mm, outlet pipe is DN200mm, and gas discharge pipe is DN200mm. It can be rightly installed in one 20 foot container. TR mud gas separator is compliance to relevant boiler and pressure vessel code, with all materials and welding meet API and ASME requirements.
