Decanter Centrifuge Used for Drilling Waste Management
TR Solids Control is a well-know manufacturer of decanter centrifuge for more than 10 years in China. Recently we make great progress in drilling waste management industry. Many clients contacted with us for orders or inquiries. At the beginning of June, one set TRLW355N-1 decanter centrifuge for drilling waste management is carried out in TR factory. It’s ordered by a new customer from Middle East. Now it has shipped out and on the way to their drilling waste management site.
TRLW355N-1 decanter centrifuge is carried out in TR factory.
TRLW355N-1 is the regular centrifuge model welcomed by our customers. Separation point of solid particles is 2-5 μm. G-force is 2035. Bowl diameter is 355mm, and bowl length is 1250mm. The capacity for this model centrifuge is 40m3/h. It’s matched with two explosion-proof motors. We could manufacture different bowl sizes of decanter centrifuges which are suitable to cover all different usages in different market, such as oil & gas drilling, horizontal directional drilling, tunneling construction, environment protection, chemical Industry, food industry, oil sludge dewatering systems, coal bed gas solids control system, oil mud seperation, mining, water drilling etc.

Centrifugal Pump & Mud Agitator for Russian Client
On June.2nd, a new batch of solid control equipment is ready in TR factory. It includes 5pcs TRJBQ15 mud agitators, 3pcs TRSB6*5-12J centrifugal pumps, and 2pcs small model TRSB3*2-10J centrifugal pumps. They will be operated on the site of oil and gas drilling project in Russia. At present, we have completed the final package and shipment. They are on the way to our client’s drilling field.
Centrifugal pumps and mud agitators are ready for Russian client.
Mud agitator will help much on mixing drilling fluid thoroughly, especially when there is large quantity mud with big gravity. We manufacture mud agitator with both worm and wheel gearbox, also the agitator with helical bevel gear box is available. TRSB Series Centrifugal pump is used for transferring slurry or mud or water. It can be used as feeding pump for desander, desilter, or used as mixing pump for jet mud mixer. We have competitive price and high quality in both mud agitator and centrifugal pump.
