Mud Mixing Hopper and Shear Pump for Domestic Company
The combination of shear pump and mud mixing hopper are commonly used in subway and tunnelling industry for mud mixing. At this week, new mud mixing hoppers and shear pumps customized by a domestic customer have been completed spray paint and test run in TR factory. They are ready for shipped to their subway site soon.

The model of shear pumps our client ordered is TRJQB6545 with flow rate 150 m3/h and motor power 55kw. Model of mud mixing hopper is TRSL150-50 with dimension 600×600 mm. Shear pump is a special equipment used in oilfield drilling industry to mix flocs that are not easy to melt with water. Shear dosing pump is designed and improved by TR engineers on the basis of shear pump, and Tianrui Petroleum has applied for related patents. Mud mixing hopper is a funnel dedicated to mud configuration. TR has absorbed foreign technology continuously, and combined with domestic on-site usage and requirements to design and manufacture this kind mixing funnel.

Working Principle of TRZCQ Vacuum Degasser
Vacuum degasser is a kind of drilling fluid degasser. It is a new type of special equipment used to process the invading drilling fluid. This kind of degasser plays an important role in restoring the specific gravity of mud and stabilizing mud performance. At the same time, it can be used as a high-power agitator, which is suitable for various mud circulation purification systems. Working Principle of Our TRZCQ Vacuum Degasser:
Our TRZCQ series vacuum degasser uses a vacuum pump to vacuate the main body of degasser and presses the mud into its main body by using atmospheric pressure. The air invaded mud passes through the impeller inside the degasser to rotate and swing to the periphery of the inner wall to burst the bubbles in the mud, thereby achieving the purpose of degassing. At present, the vacuum degasser produced by Derrick in the United States uses the umbrella and Venturi principle to remove the gas in the mud.
