TRZX-60/45 mud desander system is composed of one 8” cyclone desander, one TRZS753 double-deck liner shale shaker, one TRSB 4×3-12 centrifugal pump, electrical control system, mud-storage tank, connecting pipeline, and cyclone holder. This system can improve the efficiency of urban construction, reduce labor time and labor cost, and save water. It’s the first choice in present bored pile mud recycling system.

Screw Pumps for Overseas Project
Screw pump is an ideal pump for supplying mud or slurry to decanter centrifuge in solids control industry. The main parts are screw shaft (rotor) and screw shaft bushing (stator). On July 13th, 2pcs TRG60A-150 screw pumps were finished manufacturing and commissioning in TR workshop. They are ordered by one new Colombian customer for their oilfield solid control system.

Our TRG60A-150 screw pumps will be used for feeding slurry for client’s high speed decanter centrifuge. Flow rate is 60m3/h, and motor power is 15kw. Inlet and outlet size is the same, which sets 5 inch. Working pressure is 0.3Mpa. Our G type screw pump is based on the principle of moving meshing displacement type of the pump. It has particular advantages than other pumps to transfer the fluids with high viscosity and hard suspended particles. It is with less accessories, compact structure, small volume and easy maintenance.
TR screw pumps will be used in high speed decanter centrifuge.
