ZJ30 Drilling Fluid Mud Circulating System in Production
Drilling fluid mud circulating system is suitable for water-based and oil-based drilling fluid mud circulating processing operations in petroleum drilling. It can realize the functions of drilling fluid preparation, weighting, screening, circulating, control and storage. Our factory has been very busy at this year. We received an order of ZJ30 mud circulating system from old customer at the early of April. Now it’s in intense production in our workshop.

This ZJ30 drilling fluid mud circulating system is composed of mud tank, shale shaker, mud cleaner, jet mud mixer and shear pump etc. All equipment is designed with corrosion and wear resistance, with a long service life. It adopts a centralized electric control, being convenient for operation. With modular design and small footprint, it can be flexibly configured and installed according to the customer’s requirements. This system is commonly used in oil and gas drilling field. In addition, we could supply large capacity mud circulating system for ZJ40, ZJ50 and ZJ70 drilling rig or workover rig.

Oilfield Drilling Tools for Foreign Customer
With the development of international environment, currently we also supply all kinds of drilling tools for oil and gas field, such as downhole tools, fishing tools, handling tools, completion tools, wellhead tools, cementing tools etc. Since last year, we received many orders of these products from foreign customers. At the beginning of April, new batch of oilfield drilling tools were ready for shipment to our new client.
Type C pneumatic spider for griping 3 1/2″ – 5″ drill pipe.
This order mainly includes one piece type C pneumatic spider for griping 3 1/2″ – 5″ drill pipe, 2 pieces rotary hoses with internal diameter 3” and 2 rolls of wire ropes. Pneumatic spider is used for oil well drilling and workover servicing operations. The spider allows the cable pass through during operation. Conforms to API standard. We could supply Type C, CHD, E, HD, CHD and QQP. Rotary drilling hose is mainly used for conveying water-based or oil-based mud and other fluids in the working temperature of -30 degree to +82 degree. We can supply inner diameter ranges 2″ to 6″.

In drilling rig, wire rope is a multi-thread, twisted rope that is threaded or reeved through in typically 6 to 12 parts between traveling block and crown block to facilitate the lowering and lifting of drill string into and out of the well bore. Our wire rope features high strength, good toughness, large breaking force, non–looseness and long service life. The diameter range from 13mm to 51 mm. We can provide wire rope according to the standards of API ISO BS DIN and JIS.
